Laura, recreation staff, presented a proposed Bauman Community Pool fee schedule that would increase daily admission from $5.50 to $6 and raise certain resident and nonresident pass fees to better match area pools and offset vendor cost increases.

She said the proposed daily admission of $6 is at or below many nearby facilities and that staff prefer whole-dollar pricing to avoid coin-management inefficiencies. The commission moved, seconded and approved the $20.26 Bauman pool fee schedule as presented.

Staff said they vetted fees with supervisors at other area public pools and plan to move forward with communications and implementation ahead of the pool season.
