Council approved three separate resolutions during the Dec. 1 meeting.

Resolution 25-R-3062 authorized using capital equipment funds to purchase three replacement detective vehicles, which Acting Chief Jackson and the manager said are past their service life. The resolution passed on a voice vote.

Resolution 25-R-3063 declared certain city equipment surplus, including a vector truck whose vacuum chamber shattered; the manager said the vehicle is effectively scrap and budgeted for replacement with stormwater funds next year. That resolution passed on a voice vote.

Resolution 25-R-3064 authorized a change order for repaving the stretch of Woodman north of Eastman up to Burkhart. The manager estimated the proposed route could yield roughly $50,000 in savings — about 9–10% — if approved by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Council approved the change order by voice vote.

Each resolution was presented as routine council business and carried without recorded roll-call tallies.
