The Village of East Troy trustees voted to approve the Town Line Road 2026 design proposal and programming for 2027 construction.

Staff described the project as a pavement project (pulverize and overlay) with some utility adjustments and hydrant work; curb and gutter were not included in the current scope. Because of school‑year impacts, staff emphasized the work must be scheduled when school is out. A trustee moved to approve the Lynch design proposal; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.

Staff said the design will be completed in 2026 with construction targeting 2027 to allow coordination with neighboring jurisdictions and contractor scheduling. No detailed cost estimate was presented at the meeting.
