The Delaware County Stormwater Board approved claims at its Dec. 1 meeting that total $101,475.57 and noted recent maintenance work including Stockport Drive repairs.
The presiding speaker reviewed claims paid to vendors including Butler Masonry, Brooks Scribe, Muncie Sanitary District and payments to Cooley Construction, saying the total disbursed was $101,475.57. Board members discussed an earlier agreement under which the Muncie Sanitary District would reimburse half the materials cost for Stockport Drive. The board said the district has provided a reimbursement check and directed staff to confirm that the funds are returned to the county’s culvert fund rather than another account.
Separately, Speaker 4 reported Stockport Drive work went well, that homeowners were appreciative, and that the sanitary district assisted by cutting trees and collaborating on cleanup. The board voted to approve the claims by voice vote after a motion and second.
The board did not provide a detailed vendor-by-vendor breakdown in the meeting transcript or identify which fund lines were debited during the session; staff was asked to clarify fund posting with county fiscal staff (Carrie). No disputes or abstentions were recorded during the voice vote.
