LAFCO adopts final MSR and SOI update for CSA 7, Los Trancos maintenance district and Lehi Honda lighting district

LAFCO on Nov. 19 accepted the final municipal service review (MSR) and sphere-of-influence update for County Service Area 7 (Los Trancos County Maintenance District) and the Lehi Honda Lighting Maintenance District.
Staff reported there were no changes to the six recommendations from the draft report, and added factual updates in the final: a fund balance of $1,700,000 for the Los Trancos maintenance district, a remaining loan duration of 69 years for the Blue Oaks loan, and an adopted FY25–26 district budget of $534,000. Staff also said the LAFCO website hosts information for the maintenance district.
No members of the public spoke during the item. The commission opened the public hearing, received no comments and then moved to accept the final report and adopt the determinations and recommendations contained in it. The motion passed on a roll call with all commissioners present voting in the affirmative.
Implementation: staff will record the determinations in the final MSR, and the report will be available to the district and county for planning and budgeting.
