Unidentified Speaker 3, who presented the bids, read proposals from ISI Infrastructure Systems Incorporated ($8,279,895), TSW Utility Solutions ($7,944,120), Yarbrough Companies Incorporated ($7,921,247), Atlas Excavating ($7,683,000), Brackney Incorporated ($8,197,465) and JG Case Construction ($8,324,130). Presenter noted that bid bonds and Form 96 were included where applicable.
Unidentified Speaker 2 moved to take the six bids under advisement “as presented and requested by Mr. Castor and city attorney Filasky.” The motion was seconded and the chair called for the vote; members responded “Aye” and the motion carried.
Board members briefly discussed the project estimate range for contract B, with Unidentified Speaker 3 referencing an earlier estimate in the $7.5 million–$8 million range. No award or contract was made; the bids were taken for further review by staff and counsel as requested.
