The Anderson City Board of Works approved several administrative items on December 2, including a vehicle purchase, a contractor pay application and the city's claims ledger.

Todd requested approval to purchase a 2025 Ford Maverick XL from Record Ford for $29,054.78; the board voted to approve the purchase after a motion by Unidentified Speaker 2 and a second by Unidentified Speaker 1.

Water Pollution Control staff asked the board to sign Pay Application #11 for Atlas Excavating for interceptor Phase 2 in the amount of $378,908.25; the board approved the pay application on a voice vote as requested by Miss Johnson.

The board also approved claims submitted by Miss Johnson, with totals read by staff: Civil City $754,852.06; Light & Power $918,959.86; Water Department $509,369.72; Water Pollution $304,246.88; Stormwater $15,979.76; total $2,503,408.28. Unidentified Speaker 2 moved to approve the claims; Speaker 1 seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
