A board member moved to approve the change orders; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
House then requested that the board set bid dates of Dec. 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM for a set of 2025 projects: striping various streets (No. 2), concrete street repairs (Rolling Hills), concrete street repairs (Sagamore addition), and crack sealing various streets (No. 3). The board approved each motion by voice vote.
The board did not discuss project-specific timelines or contractor selection for the bid dates at the meeting; staff will publish solicitations and return with bids for award.
