City receives regular developer update on recreation-center contract negotiations; Nov. 14 target for contract approval

The representative said he will attend future Board of Works meetings regularly to provide project updates; the board acknowledged the recurring schedule and welcomed ongoing briefings.
No formal action was required at this meeting; staff set next milestones for contract finalization and public engagement planning.
