The licensing board approved minutes for its May 21 and Aug. 4 meetings and adopted a proposed 2026 meeting calendar, scheduling four virtual meetings next year. A member read the calendar dates — Feb. 2, May 4, Aug. 3 and Nov. 2 — and members voted to adopt them; meetings were set to start at 8:30 a.m.

Approval of the two sets of minutes was completed by voice vote early in the meeting after members moved and seconded the motions. The calendar proposal was moved, seconded and adopted without further amendment. Board staff will publish the 2026 meeting dates and update public notices.

No other calendar changes were made at the meeting.
