Finance director Mark Barnes presented an updated intergovernmental agreement among the county, the sheriff’s office and the school board for school‑resource‑officer services; the contract was revised to reflect state law changes related to recordkeeping and was approved by the county attorney.

Staff presented an RFP result and purchase order recommendation to buy a John Deere 410P backhoe loader and attachments from Dobbs Equipment to replace a 2004 unit at the wastewater treatment plant; the board approved the purchase. The county also approved amendment 1 to indefinite-delivery contracts for selected engineering and architectural firms, extending the contract term through June 30, 2026 and updating hourly rates for new projects. Finally, the board approved a contract amendment with Coleman Company for the Marlowe Water & Sewer project to add design and preconstruction services (including increased well‑capacity and lift‑station elements) and associated fees.
