One commissioner suggested keeping the Daly City resident field so the commission can prioritize local responses while still allowing nonresidents to participate.
Logistics for the festival were reviewed: commissioners discussed staffing and volunteer availability, noted that the festival route has expanded down Mission Street, and confirmed shuttle parking and rotations from Jefferson High School and City Hall for attendees.
Staff said they will provide a QR code, make paper copies available, arrange translation support, and adjust required fields on the online form per the commission’s preferences. The commission encouraged members who will attend to volunteer at the table and collect responses that can feed into retreat planning.
