Procurement (Speaker 12) read the proposers’ names into the record: Almentum Technologies; Catalyst Tax & Grama, Inc.; DevNet; ESRI Canada; Harris Govern; Kwali Group Inc.; Revenue Solutions Inc. (RSI); and Tyler Technologies. The evaluation team will score proposals, conduct interviews and demonstrations, and return a final ranking and recommendation before the Feb. 10, 2026 open business meeting.
Commissioners accepted the procurement staff’s recommendation to allow adequate evaluation time; the motion to table to Feb. 10, 2026 carried.
