Atascosa County Commissioners Court approved three temporary waterline permits Oct. 27 for Commodore Midstream Partners on County Roads 401, 407 and 44447 in Precinct 4, and approved the final plat for the one‑lot M and G Addition subdivision on Corn Road in Precinct 4.
Rural development staff said the three permit requests were essentially identical aside from road locations and that the infrastructure comes from an adjacent county; staff recommended approval and commissioners moved and passed each permit individually. Commissioners also approved a one‑lot split final plat after staff confirmed it met county requirements.
The court further approved a certificate of exception for Country Boy Land Investments LLC for two tracts over 10 acres on FM M 791 in Precinct 4. All land‑use items passed on voice votes.
