The Town of Braintree Town Council on Nov. 18 approved routine business and closed the meeting after considering several procedural items.
A motion to approve the minutes of Oct. 7 was made (moved by "Mister Bradley") and seconded; the presiding official called the vote and members responded 'Aye,' with the presiding official stating the motion passed unanimously. The council reviewed a proposed 2026 meeting calendar; members were asked to submit comments to Sue Cimino and the presiding official said a version would be approved before the end of 2025. The council then moved to refer matters to the respective committees; that motion was moved, seconded and approved unanimously.
The council scheduled its next meeting for Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m. The presiding official thanked B Camp (Bill Needham and Jerry Carmack) for televising the meeting. A motion to adjourn was moved, seconded and carried by unanimous voice vote.
