The Bethlehem Area SD Finance Committee confirmed seven items to appear on the district’s Oct. 20, 2025 board meeting agenda. Committee members placed items covering debt reporting, small contract amendments, technology renewals and a capital audiovisual project.
Key items include: the General Obligation Bond Series A of 2025 (the district said it submitted the application in May when refinancing prior debt and that the state reimbursement rate remained unchanged); a housekeeping consolidation of inactive scholarship accounts (presenter cited about $450 in a Freedom account and roughly $80 in a Liberty account to be combined); and a Saint Luke's Health Network community health-navigation support agreement described as no-cost to the district.
Other items scheduled: an amendment to the Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 service contract to add two licenses (the transcript records a total cost as '13.04 80' that could not be parsed into a standard dollar figure in the meeting record); renewal of Google Workspace for Education Plus as part of a multiyear agreement; a data center network switch replacement; and a Farmersville Elementary School multipurpose-room audiovisual project that has moved up the capital list.
All seven items (4.01–4.07) were confirmed for the Oct. 20 regular board meeting; no committee vote to adopt the items occurred during the Oct. 13 meeting and no public comment was recorded on these agenda entries.
