Durkin said he previously worked for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and is attending the University of Baltimore School of Law as a part-time evening student.
Nasseri said Durkin will support both the ACC and the Police Accountability Board in their proceedings. Members welcomed Durkin to the role; no additional staffing actions were recorded in the public transcript.
