Atchison County commissioners voted unanimously on Nov. 18 to extend the county's effective withdrawal from the 2021 interlocal Neighborhood Revitalization Plan (NRP) until April 1, 2026, while the county and participating municipalities continue negotiations over caps, program length and eligible areas.
