Board members asked about security plans; the applicant said she did not anticipate needing security under the approved hours but would hire staff if late‑night operations became necessary in the future. The board recorded the hours in the resolution as 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and noted that an applicant seeking a full liquor license must meet city criteria, including a 5‑year presence requirement before applying for full liquor.
The board’s action amended the resolution language and granted the beer‑and‑wine permit; the applicant was advised to adhere to the hours and to return to the board if seeking an expanded liquor license in the future.
