Summary
The board approved a withdrawal of a sale request by Green Therapeutics (TOI #21072), approved an internal 50% transfer at True Harmony (John DeJoria to Michelin DeJoria Haidari), and approved Greenway Health Community’s 100% sale to MMJ Investment Facility (TOI #2500026) including a limited NCCR waiver.
At its November meeting the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board approved several license‑transfer items: a staff‑recommended withdrawal of a transfer application by Green Therapeutics, a family internal transfer at True Harmony, and a 100% sale of Greenway Health Community to MMJ Investment Facility with a limited waiver.
CCB staff told the board that Green Therapeutics had sought a withdrawal of its Transfer of Interest (TOI) after the proposed buyer, Australis Capital, was delisted from the Canadian exchange and the planned share‑based purchase could not proceed; staff recommended approval of the withdrawal without prejudice (TOI #21072). Duke Fu, representing Green Therapeutics, confirmed the company remains in operation and the withdrawal was procedural; the board approved the request.
On the True Harmony item John Anthony DeJoria proposed an intrafamily, noncash transfer of 50% membership units to his sister, Michelin DeJoria Haidari, for estate planning. The board was told day‑to‑day operations would not change and staff reported no concerns; the board approved the internal transfer.
Finally the board approved Greenway Health Community’s request to transfer 100% ownership to MMJ Investment Facility LLC (owned by Michael Velian) and granted a limited waiver of NCCR 5.112 tied to the TOI (TOI #2500026). Counsel said prior stipulated settlement conditions for the seller (a fine and suspension) had been satisfied; staff recommended approval and the motion carried.
All three items were approved by voice vote and will be reflected in licensing records.
