Trish McLennan, deputy director with Mental Hygiene and Social Services, said the mobile crisis team is relocating from a Warwick location currently costing about $1,200 per month and that consolidating space will reduce that expense. Commissioner Hernandez said the co‑location will help coordinate services across mental hygiene and social services functions.
The committee voted 'Aye' and carried the resolution. Members noted separate discussions about government office reopening but approved the lease authorization as presented.
