When board members asked about the auxiliary-gym bleachers, facilities staff reported installation was roughly 75 percent complete and expected to finish ahead of a target date later this month. On the district's track and field, facilities staff said the district performed cleaning, striping and minor repairs this summer to extend life by an estimated six to seven years but did not undertake a full resurfacing this year.
The administration emphasized the list is a set of planned, manageable projects drawn from the existing capital plan; board members may pull items for discussion before the formal vote at the next meeting.
