Councilmember Watlington introduced the motion to adopt the plans identified by staff as A, E, G, H, I, J and K (described at the meeting as East Inner, Northeast Inner, South Inner, South Mid, South Outer, Southwest Middle and Southwest Outer) while deferring B, C, D, F, L, M and N for further work. Watlington said the phased approach would allow staff and council to refine language and targeted outreach for areas requiring additional attention.
