Cottage Grove councilors on Tuesday debated whether the city should continue owning a shower and restroom trailer used by Community Sharing, or transfer ownership and liability to the nonprofit.
City manager Sowerwine told the council the city bought the trailer in 2020 and that an agreement with Community Sharing to operate it has expired.
