The council approved plans and an estimated $2,185,000 cost for 2026 concrete paving improvements (CIP numbers cited), with staff noting the primary project is 33rd Avenue from about 31st Street to 38th Street and some downtown work. The council also accepted a $45,501.77 proposal from Sirius Computer Solutions LLC to renew the city’s Cisco maintenance agreement and a $14,050 quote from Downey Drilling for repair, inspection and chemical treatment of Well No. 11. All items were approved by motion and voice vote.
The council suspended rules, read and adopted Ordinance No. 25‑18 to vacate the alley adjoining Lots 1–4 and 5–8 in Block 74 (north of 12th Street between vacated 15th and 16th Avenues). The meeting adjourned after those actions.
