Eugene Planning Commission re‑elects Jason Lear as chair; Behling remains vice chair

Chair Lear then nominated Commissioner Behling to remain vice chair; Ramey seconded the nomination and the commission again approved it unanimously. Alyssa Hunter, planning staff, opened the elections item and explained the annual nomination and voting process for chair and vice chair.
