A motion to approve the rezoning was made and seconded. Roll call votes recorded: Vice chairperson Howe — Yes; Commissioner Cornelius — Yes; Commissioner Williams — Yes; Commissioner Witt — Yes; commission chair (affirmative response recorded). The rezoning passed.
The commission did not record any conditions or amendments to the approval during the meeting. Future steps will follow normal permitting procedures for new construction under the R-1 designation.
