- Ordinance 18-34: Zoning text amendment clarifying vehicle storage and auto-service definitions and a 21-day threshold for long-term vehicle storage; staff mailed notices to nearby properties and noted two opposing responses; the ordinance passed.
- Resolution 45-2025 and 46-2025: Demolition contracts awarded for properties at 22 S 10th Ave W (low bid Prairie Paving & Maintenance, $28,000) and 219 5th St E (low bid Total Control, $88,800); commission approved both awards and directed assessment of costs to the properties.
Each of these items was introduced by the relevant staff member, presented for commission consideration, and approved by majority vote recorded in the meeting minutes.
