The Dickinson City Commission approved the city’s 2026 liquor- and tobacco-license renewals during its Dec. 2 meeting.
City administration (Mister Dossinger) told the commission the liquor renewals include 18 commercial on-sale/off-sale renewals, two motel/hotel renewals, three lodge/club renewals, 14 restaurant renewals, one beer-and-wine concession renewal, one microbrewery renewal, and three beer-only renewals. Staff said three establishments (Edgewood Dickinson LLC, Island Cuisine LLC, and Eyewear Concepts) did not seek renewal for 2026. The commission approved the liquor renewals by unanimous voice vote.
Dossinger also reported 50 tobacco-license renewals had been submitted and one establishment was still outstanding; staff recommended approval of the submitted renewals, and the commission approved them unanimously.
Both renewals were presented as routine license-administration actions; no public comment was recorded.
