Staff said adding maximum length and expanded language to cover trailers would help address those situations, but several members preferred a dedicated workshop to review item‑by‑item rather than enact changes during a regular meeting.
A motion to table the item and schedule a workshop was moved, seconded and passed; staff will notify the council of the workshop date.
