The ordinance text describes the affected parcels generally located along Forest Avenue south of Mulberry Street and north of Peachtree Street and refers to an attached exhibit for legal descriptions. After closing the public portion of the hearing, council members voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance.
The adoption will be incorporated into the city comprehensive plan and take effect as specified in the ordinance. Staff noted there were no objections or requests for further hearing.
