Vincent noted one planning comment asking for a 10-foot side buffer yard on the west side; because the existing parking and drive are right up to the property line, the applicant requested consideration of an alternative buffer yard treatment and said they would show a creative alternative for the buffer so parking can function.
Commissioners expressed general support for the location and use, calling the site appropriate for a day-care facility. Staff said the item will return with required buffer-yard documentation and any alternative buffer treatment for the commission to review. The transcript records no formal vote.
