Hayden City — The Hayden City Council voted Nov. 12 to approve its consent calendar, authorizing a set of professional services contracts, on-call mechanical repair services, equipment rental for winter snow response, several construction change orders, and ratification of October 2025 payroll and bills for payment.
City staff presented the consent items, which included a professional services contract with Western Real Property LLC for right-of-way appraisal work related to the Hayden Atlas Intersection, a service contract with Prime Time Construction and Excavation Inc. for on-call mechanical repair services, a rental agreement with Primetime Construction and Excavation Inc. for a grader to support winter snow response, a contract with Welch Comer and Associates Inc. for survey staking on the Hayden Alice Intersection project, change order No. 10 with Big Sky Corporation for the H6 force main project, change order No. 2 with Interstate Concrete and Asphalt Company for the Ramsey Road extension, and change order No. 7 with Simcoe Construction for the H6 lift station project.
A councilmember moved to approve 'consent calendar 1 a through 1 j' and the motion was seconded. On a roll-call vote of the members present, the motion carried with all voting in favor; one council member was recorded absent.
The action authorizes staff to execute contracts and proceed with the listed change orders and routine fiscal ratifications. Staff did not present separate fiscal detail for each contract in the plenary discussion; those details are available in the council packet and individual contract files.
