Keller said the project has seen 72 bidders across 24 packages and that approximately 83% of the contract dollars are to local contractors. The GMP is $10,843,057; work is scheduled to begin May 1 with substantial completion targeted for July 2027. The city attorney reviewed the contract and staff recommended approval; the commission voted to approve the GMP contract.
