Commissioners and staff requested a clear elevation photo for each façade, annotated closeups showing which sashes are proposed for repair and which for replacement, and a window schedule keyed to elevations so the commission can evaluate preserving original material where practicable.
Commissioners offered narrow exceptions for nonhistoric or badly deteriorated units — for example one bathroom window whose sash profile appears later than the period of significance — but otherwise emphasized repairing historic sash when feasible and asked the applicant to return with the requested documentation. The commission voted to continue the case.
