"This item was already approved previously, last meeting and in the whole excitement of getting it on the agenda, we forgot the ordinance," said Mrs. Hilton, the staff presenter, asking the council to adopt the ordinance to formalize the earlier decision. Council members moved and seconded the measure and approved it by roll call.
