Jenks Planning Commission approves consent agenda, adopts 2026 meeting calendar and adjourns

The Jenks Planning Commission took several routine actions and set follow-up dates at its Nov. 6, 2025 meeting.
The commission approved the consent agenda (items A, B and D) by voice vote. Later in the meeting commissioners adopted the 2026 Planning Commission meeting calendar, which will generally meet the first Thursday after the City Council’s first Tuesday each month.
Two substantive items — rezoning case JZ25-700 (2300 West 91st Street) and amendments to Articles 3 and 7 of the Unified Development Ordinance — were continued so staff can resolve a lot-split legal-description issue in JZ25-700 and supply Oklahoma Department of Transportation billboard guidance for the sign-code amendments. Chair West adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
