On second reading the ordinance was read into the record and approved on a recorded roll call; the clerk called each member and votes were recorded as 'Yes' by the members present.
The ordinance text states it will take effect after passage and publication under applicable law. No amendments were offered during the Dec. 2 second-reading session.
