- Ordinance 24-2025 (second and final reading): rezoning of 205 West Arlington Avenue (Dennis and Emily Kiff) from suburban neighborhood to traditional neighborhood to allow an accessory structure with a 5-foot side setback (reduced from 10); council recorded affirmative votes and carried the ordinance.
