The Lake Elmo City Council approved a 15-item consent agenda by voice vote. Items included payment and disbursement approvals; acceptance of improvements and pay request for the 2025 mill-and-overlay project; authorizing engineering services for crosswalk layouts; approval of an MPCA grant agreement for the North Water Treatment Plant; authorization of geotechnical services for the Cassaw 14 water-main project; a first amendment to the Prairie Sky Twin Homes development agreement; reduction of landscape security for Union Park Phase 1; appointment of a deputy city clerk; a job-title change from administrative services coordinator to administrative services director; approval of 2026 liquor-license renewals; approval of the 2026 meeting calendar; reappointments to the park, economic development authority and planning commissions; and authorization to certify delinquent stormwater and utility bills.
Speaker 1 moved and seconded the consent agenda and the council approved the package by voice vote. No individual items were pulled for separate discussion during the meeting.
