Laurita subdivision tabled while sewer serviceability is resolved

Doug Hansen, planning and zoning director, told the commission staff requested the item be tabled "to a date uncertain" because public works and sewer serviceability issues remain unresolved. A motion to table was made and seconded and the commission voted in favor; the item will return when staff reports and public-works reviews are complete.
Next steps: staff will continue coordination with public works and advise the commission when outstanding sewer serviceability items are addressed so the matter can be re-noticed.
