The Lake Elmo city council approved its consent agenda by voice vote, clearing a package of routine items including acceptance of donated funds, grant awards, contractor pay requests and several personnel actions.
Items approved included donated funds from Equity Lifestyle Properties related to Cimarron Park and donated funds from The Fields at New Perspective; approvals of grant requests from local lake associations; multiple pay requests for 2025 striping, mill-and-overlay and crack-seal projects; approval of pay request number 2 for I-94 lift station and force-main improvements; pay requests for the Reid Park parking lot and Stillwater Area School District utility improvements; approval of pay request number 5 for 2025 street and utility improvements; release of warranty security for Legacy at Northstar Fourth Edition; authorization to hire an administrative assistant, public works and fire department staff and a building inspector; approval of the 2026 pay scale and paid-on-call pay rates; and authorization of an East Metro Training Facility amendment via joint powers agreement.
The mayor called for the motion, the council moved and seconded approval of the consent agenda, and the package passed by voice vote.
