When the council reconvened, the city attorney reported that the closed-session item on the agenda had been discussed and that "there are no reportable actions." Following that announcement the presiding official said there were no further agenda items and moved to adjourn the special meeting.
Council Member DeToy offered a brief Thanksgiving greeting to the community and reminded attendees the city’s Christmas tree-lighting would be held Sunday. The transcript records a short discrepancy in the clock reading as the meeting was closed (the recorder shows both "03:41" and "02:41" in the exchange); the council then adjourned.
