Staff said equipment would be procured through a cooperative Sourcewell agreement with Landscape Structures, Inc., at roughly $180,000, and that about $450,000 in CIP funds are available to complete procurement and installation.
Council approved the purchase and directed staff to proceed with bidding installation, with work timed around deliveries and contractor availability.
