Moore City Council approved an end-of-year stipend for city employees as described in resolution number 7023. The stipend provides $500 to regular and probationary full-time active employees and benefit-eligible part-time employees as of Dec. 1, 2025, and $250 to other active part-time employees as of that date.

The mayor and manager said the stipend is contingent on the city's financial condition and praised staff work that allowed the payment this year. Council noted elected officials are not included as employees for this stipend. The motion to approve the stipend passed by roll call.
