Representative Brock recounted a near-miss driving on Monroe Street with an e-bike rider who had no lights and urged riders to comply with lighting requirements; he also discussed recent state budget outcomes that will affect local projects.
Commenters and council members praised collaborations among nonprofits, colleges and city departments and encouraged residents to engage in upcoming events and workforce programs.
