Lock Haven city council voted to adopt a three‑year collective bargaining agreement with the Lock Haven Police Officers Association during Tuesday’s meeting.
Staff presented the agreement, which covers Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2028. The contract formalizes a 3% salary increase each year and requires officers to contribute 2% of their earnings to the city’s police pension fund. Negotiators on the council thanked officers for participating in the process; council described the negotiations as positive and collaborative.
Council moved, seconded and called for a vote; attending councilmembers voted in favor and the motion carried.
