The Livingston City Commission on Monday approved an agreement to take ownership of a bulk water station at the Park County fairgrounds and make it operational for public and contractor use.
City Manager Grant Gager told the commission the county installed the kiosk years ago but never made it operational. Under Agreement 20230, the city will relocate and operate the station, enabling customers to pay by credit card and allowing the city to set per-transaction limits.
