During the meeting the commission discussed changing the regular meeting time from 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A commissioner moved the change, another seconded, and the commission voted in favor. The chair announced the motion passed and future meetings will occur at 5:30 p.m. The next meeting date was set for Feb. 24 at 5:30 p.m.

No further procedural actions were taken beyond adopting the new time and scheduling the next meeting.
