Rathdrum council adopts Northwest Lewis Street rezoning, waives additional readings

The ordinance adopts findings of fact, sets conditions for the rezone and amends the official zoning map to reflect the R‑2A classification. Staff told the council the public hearing had been completed at an earlier meeting and these documents are finalizing that earlier action.
